Each year Spring brings out all types of magical moments, especially when you’re a resident at Meadowlea Village. The St. Patrick’s Day Party on Saturday, March 14th will undoubtedly put some joy in your heart. Moving into a new season of growth in the community means having a forum to gain connections. The Tuesday Coffee Social takes place every week at 9 am in the clubhouse, so enjoy some coffee and donuts as you gather while gaining friends and overall peace of mind.

The town and nearby cities offer a variety of festivals during the spring. Follow the locals to the Outdoor Art Festival held at Earl Brown Park on March 28 and 29. Savor music and food in the natural setting that is beautifully adorned with serene live oaks. The best part? Oh yes, admission is free. On April 11, make your way to the historic downtown district to enjoy the Delandapalooza Original Music & Art Festival. It promises to be epic, with more than 130 performances on 26 stages. Tickets are $15 at the gate, and the music starts at 1 p.m. Many events pay tribute to the old-country culture such as the Celtic Festival on April 18 and 19. Highlights include highland dancing, bagpiping performances, and a clan area. The family-friendly shindig will also have food, crafts and face painting, along with a dog parade and miniature golf. The location is Ormond Beach, which is a 30-mile drive down the road.
