Cove Communities Cancellation Policy: What You Need to Know Before Cancelling your Stay

We understand that plans change, and you may need to make changes to your trip or cancel your booking. You’re wondering, how long in advance can I cancel my stay? Can I get a full refund? We’ve summarized our cancellation policy* to answer all your questions and more.

LONG TERM STAYS
So long as you cancel your long-term reservation (any stay 30 days or longer) 30 days or more before your arrival date, you’ll receive a refund for everything you’ve paid except for 25% of the total deposit, as that is non-refundable. For any cancellations within the 30-day window of arrival you will lose the full deposit.

SHORT TERM STAYS
For short term stays (any stay length for less than 30 days), a refund less the 25% cancellation fee is granted so long as the reservation is cancelled 14 days or more before your arrival date. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days before arrival are not eligible for a refund.

EARLY CHECK OUTS OR NO SHOWS
For those who choose to check out early or don’t show for their reservation at all, will unfortunately not receive a refund. But we do know that sometimes the unexpected happens, so emergency situations will be reviewed with the Resort Manger on a case-by-case basis. One way to ensure you’re covered would be to purchase cancellation travel insurance through a third party to help cover any possible losses.

HOW TO MAKE A CANCELLATION
While we’re sad you won’t be staying with us we understand that sometimes travel plans change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please reach out to the resort you made your reservation with directly via phone or email.
