Best Family-Friendly Vacation Spots in Maine

Summer Vacation For the Family

Young child sees Sebago Lake beauty for first time.
Welcome to the Point on Sebago Lake.

Point Sebago Resort first opened for outdoor family fun in 1970. The resort is still open today with so much to do, equipped with new ways for you to enjoy summer vacation complete with social distancing standards. Check the Activities Calendar to view over 150 different weekly planned activities for all ages. We promise to cure those boredom blues. We’re particularly impressed by the “Paddle-Zlam” game that has turned into a guest-favorite, created by a Sebago guest.

Family-Friendly Vacation

  1. Close to Home – Map out a great road trip that will allow you to control how far you want to go and where you want to stop.
  2. Outdoors & Secluded – Point Sebago is spread out on 775 acres of gorgeous Maine country. Enjoy your solitude in style.
  3. Self-Contained – If you aren’t quite ready for hotels and want a spot that is self-contained, there are an array of cabins, vacation cottages, glamping tents, and RV sites will ‘suite’ your needs.
