1. Where can I find the information about the monthly lot fees?

Monthly lot fee information is available by calling our office 321-723-4139.

2. Are pets allowed at The Waters?

Yes. The Waters welcomes your furry family members. We have certain breed restrictions.

3. I’m 50 and my husband is 55, can we purchase a home at The Waters?

Yes, the primary owner of the home must be at least 55 years of age.

4. What does The Waters lifestyle offer?

Residents have full access to all of the resort-style amenities and resort sponsored activities, everything is included in the monthly lot rent. You will be living with friendly neighbors and have the support of your Village management team. This type of lifestyle also provides you an opportunity to purchase a beautifully appointed vacation home or year-round home in a high-demand destination location while freeing up money so that you can make the most of this new lifestyle.

5. Do you pay property tax on leased land at The Waters?

At The Waters, there is a small pass-through property tax the resident pays monthly. This way you do not have any large tax bills to pay semi-annually.

6. Can I rent my home?

Yes, you may rent out your home as long as the prospective tenant passes a background check prior to occupancy.  The background check is $25/per adult and must be approved by the management of The Waters.

7. Is there an HOA?

There is no community ownership-run HOA at The Waters. The HOA is organized and run by the residents.¬† Holiday Haven Homeowner’s, INC. (Voluntary fee $20/per year)
