    Hyde Park is located in Winter Garden, Florida, which is just 13 miles from Orlando. Hyde Park conveniently allows access to S.R. 50, Interstates 4 and 95, as well as the turnpike.

    Winter Garden offers a high quality of living combined with an affordable lifestyle. The historical charm of the nearby downtown Winter Garden offers arts festivals, live theater shows, crafts and more for all ages … and it’s all accessible by golf cart from Hyde Park!

    We feel it’s the most comfortable in the state, with an average temperature of 80 degrees.
  5. What is the pet policy at Hyde Park?
    At Hyde Park we welcome pets with reasonable rules in place. There are no weight restrictions; however we do restrict aggressive* dog breeds.

    We have on-site storage areas available for oversized vehicles!
  7. What attractions are close to Hyde Park?
    There are dozens of conveniently located shopping centers, houses of worship servicing all faiths, a number of golf courses for the casual golfer or pro, and you’ll have the best of both beaches; the Atlantic Coast and the Gulf Coast are just an hour’s drive. The West Orange Trail boasts 22 miles of serenity for walkers, bikers and skaters. Nearby Lake John and Lake Butler offer great fishing, boating and water skiing outings. For the more adventurous, the Walt Disney Theme parks are a just a 20-minute drive away!

    Health Central and Lake Mary’s hospitals are just minutes from Hyde Park. In Orlando you’ll also have access to other hospitals and specialists.
  9. How far is the nearest major airport?
    Orlando International is approximately 20 minutes east of Hyde Park, providing services to almost every US city, as well as international destinations.
  10. I’ve never lived in a manufactured home . . . are they safe?
    In short; very. All manufactured homes built from 1994 on require wind standard construction, which is governed by HUD. Our homes are built to withstand winds of 125 mph. In fact, Hyde Park made it through the Hurricanes of 2004 without any major damage!
