1. Where can I find the information about the monthly lot fees?

Monthly lot fee information is available by calling our office 727-733-0636.

2. Are pets allowed at Dunedin Village?

Yes. Dunedin Village has a two (2) domestic pets per household limit. Dunedin Village has a 15 pound limit for pets and all cats must be indoor household cats. We have certain breed restrictions including, but not limited to, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, all bulldog breeds (including pit bulls), wolf breeds, and chows are not permitted in Dunedin Village.

3. I’m 50 and my husband is 55, can we purchase a home at Dunedin Village?

Yes, the primary owner of the home must be at least 55 years of age.

4. What does the Dunedin Village lifestyle offer?

Residents have full access to all of the resort-style amenities and community sponsored activities and there is no community sponsored HOA fees or resort fees, everything is included in the monthly lot rent. You will be living with friendly neighbors and have the support of your Dunedin Village management team.

4. Is Dunedin Village a land lease community

Yes, Dunedin Village is a land lease community. Purchasing in a land lease community provides you the peace-of-mind that you own your own home, but you don’t have to spend the money on buying the land and paying the large annual real estate taxes typically associated with living in destination and high demand areas. This type of lifestyle also provides you an opportunity to purchase a beautifully appointed vacation home or year round home, while freeing up money so that you can make the most of this new lifestyle choice.

5. Do you pay property tax on leased land at Dunedin Village?

At Dunedin Village a small pass through property tax is included in your monthly lot rental fee, so you do not have any large tax bills to pay semi-annually.

6. Is there an HOA?

There is no community ownership-run HOA at Dunedin Village. There is an independent resident HOA group that organizes and runs a number of activities and events in addition to community sponsored activities.
