We recognize the situation is unsettling and continues to change rapidly. We would like to reassure you we are closely monitoring the developing coronavirus situation and following Government guidance to ensure we are doing everything we can to prevent the spread of COVID-19 while keeping resorts and communities operating.
All US Florida and Canada communities and resorts are open. Some resort and community office staff are available by appointment only. For any questions about UK operations, please visit the Bunn Leisure or Kings Park Village dedicated websites.
Clubhouses, pools, spas, fitness centers, and activity rooms have reopened, some with limited hours.
All residents and guests are required to maintain social distancing and we are requiring masks in public areas.
Florida golf courses are open, as are many courses around the country. The Point Sebago championship course in Maine opened on May 1, and is closely following the state's golf checklist required by the Governor's office. The resort is also open to Maine residents and out-of-state guests with various guidelines dependent on guest's state of origin.
When using any of the open community or resort outdoor spaces, we ask that you follow government guidelines for good hygiene practices.
We have had an extremely limited number of reported cases of COVID-19 across all resorts and communities. We continue to follow very strict cleaning and social distancing protocols to do everything possible so those numbers remain low.
