We recognize the situation is unsettling and is rapidly changing. We would like to reassure you we are closely monitoring the developing coronavirus situation and following Government guidance to ensure we are doing everything we can to prevent the spread of COVID-19 while keeping resorts and communities operating.
All US Florida and Canada communities and resorts are open. Some resort and community office staff are available by appointment only. In California, the office staff can only be reached by phone due to state government orders. For any questions about UK operations, please visit the Bunn Leisure or Kings Park Village dedicated websites.
The majority of clubhouses, pools, spas, fitness centers, and activity rooms have reopened with limited hours.
All residents and guests are required to maintain social distancing and we are recommending masks in public areas.
Florida golf courses are open, as are many courses around the country. The Point Sebago championship course in Maine opened on May 1, and is closely following the state's golf checklist required by the Governor's office. The resort will open on June 1 to Maine residents and out-of-state guests who are prepared to quarantine in their vacation rental or at their RV site for 14 days or the length of their stay, whichever is shortest.
When using any of the open community or resort outdoor spaces, we ask that you follow government guidelines for good hygiene practices.
We have had only two reported cases of COVID-19 across all resorts and communities, one was a health care provider. We continue to follow very strict cleaning and social distancing protocols to do everything possible so those numbers remain.
