The life at Rayner Village is simple, it's about being neighbourly, about working hand-in-hand to maintain a clean and well-maintained community for everyone to enjoy. But it's more than that, people here gladly lend a hand during annual Community Clean Up Week, not only to clean up their own yards and homes after a typical Canadian winter, but to help out an elderly neighbour or a new mother and father do the same.

It's not all work. When Rayner Village team members host an annual BBQ, residents come together for some fun and to enjoy the camaraderie that makes life special in this little 'village.'

Soon, there will be more to celebrate as the Community Centre at Grant Village will become a gathering place for Rayner Village to come together with neighbours and family, along with residents from sister communities Grant and Dunlop Village.

The City of Saskatoon

Saskatoon is the cultural and economic hub of Saskatchewan. The city is cut along South Saskatchewan River, where you'll find walking trails, parks, and recreational activities. Just minutes from the community is the University of Saskatchewan, downtown Saskatoon, and Broadway Avenue -- a popular hub of local restaurants, shops, and events. Grocery stores and other conveniences are a short drive away or hop on the bus located a quick walk from the community.
